The official YouTube channel of the Netflix platform that talks about anime released a video in which it shows step by step the drawings that were a key part and helped the animation of the films of the Sailor Moon Crystal franchise, that’s right, the two parts of Sailor Moon Eternal.
In a video of just under 5 minutes, we can see the drawings that helped bring characters like Usagi and Chibiusa to life, as well as reveal the sequences of the movements they had to use to recreate the transformations of both in Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibimoon.
Likewise, the sequences of the movements of the lunar Kaleidoscopes are shown, which are given to our heroines to destroy the Amazon quartet. They are also shown a sequence of movements along with the greatest villain, Zirconia.
The video can be viewed using Spanish dubbing clips, in which we hear the voices of Cristina Hernández as Chibimoon and Patricia Acevedo as Sailor Moon. It can also be viewed in English, German, French, Thai, and Portuguese, as well as the subtitles, are available in several languages.
The Sailor Moon Eternal films, which were released instead of the fourth season of Sailor Moon Crystal, were released on June 3 to the whole world through the platform. The project has two parts and most of the cast of the first version of Sailor Moon that we saw in Mexico, returned for this anime.
The first part of the film was scheduled to open in Japan on September 11, 2020, but had to be delayed in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, and hit theaters on January 8, 2021, while the second part came a month later, on February 11 of this year.
